His impressive curriculum also boasts curating events and galas, and working inside the Guggenheim museum of Bilbao. Alberto will draw from his eclectic experience to bring you onto a sensory journey, exploring the best of local and international cuisine.
Part of Alberto’s team, young chef Edoardo La Ferrara has been described by the Italian press as ‘a new star of the kitchen’. Edoardo was trained at one of the top culinary schools in the world: Alma, in Parma. There he learnt to focus on healthy cooking. He also worked as part of the team of Michelin starred restaurant ‘Lux Lucis’ in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
